Maddison's mother is Louise, she splits her time between working in a hospital's pharmacy and the Never Miss a Gift workshop. Louise is known for her bubbly and friendly personality which shines through when she's chatting to customers about our products and often leads to new sales. As an amazing advocate for the Never Miss a Gift brand, it made sense to promote Louise to our Head of Sales.
